What You’ll Learn in This Video
In this video, I’m going to show you step-by-step how to start a YouTube automation channel using this method for completely free. This is coming from someone who’s been doing YouTube automation for almost 10 years. Not only have I done it for myself, but I also helped thousands of beginners do the same.
Step-by-Step Tutorial Overview
In this step-by-step tutorial, we will do everything from researching niche ideas using AI, creating a new channel, designing logos, and creating our first video together. By the end of this video, you will have your very own YouTube automation channel for free.
The Seven Steps and Bonus Secret
There are actually seven steps to achieving this, and at the end of this video, I will share a simple secret that allowed me to grow this channel to over $700,000 in ad revenue. This can literally help you go from 0 to $10,000 a month as fast as possible.
Free Resources and Tools
To make things even easier for you, I built a step-by-step blueprint document where I will leave all of the resources and prompts shared in this tutorial. It’s linked in a free community in the description box. Once you join for free, just click on “Tools,” open the post, and you’ll find all the guides, including the YouTube automation starter blueprint.
Step 1: Choose the Right Niche
The first step is to choose the right niche for yourself. I have a list of AI channels that are getting millions of views and making money posting AI videos. For example, one channel has 1.9 million subscribers and generates most of its visuals and voiceovers using AI. Additionally, I will list 1,000 example channels that you can explore and potentially replicate.
Step 2: Analyze Your Competitors
You want to analyze your competitors. An easy way to do this is by reviewing the comment section of similar channels to see viewer feedback. You can then use prompts to gather insights from ChatGPT, helping you create better videos.
Step 3: Create a Name for Your Channel
To create a name for your YouTube channel, you can use a ChatGPT prompt. Insert your niche, and the tool will suggest 10 easy-to-remember name ideas. For example, “Heaven Scripts” is one I liked and used.
Step 4: Develop a High-Quality Script
Many AI tools generate scripts that sound robotic and generic. To stand out, I developed a detailed prompt for ChatGPT that ensures scripts have the proper structure: hook, introduction, problem, climax, and call to action.
Step 5: Generate AI Voiceovers
Use 11 Labs to generate realistic voiceovers. Test different voices to find one that suits your channel.
Step 6: Create Engaging Visuals
Leverage tools like Leonardo AI to generate visuals for your videos. These visuals can be animated for added engagement.
Step 7: Add Music and Edit Your Video
Select suitable copyright-free music from YouTube’s audio library and edit the video using tools like CapCut. Add effects, captions, and animations to make your video visually appealing.
Creating a Thumbnail
For thumbnails, use Canva. Brighten the image, remove the background, and add engaging text to ensure the thumbnail grabs attention.
Monetizing Your Channel
To monetize your channel quickly, bypass the typical six to 12-month waiting period by exploring instant monetization options linked in the description.
Conclusion
Everything mentioned in this tutorial is linked in the description box. I hope you learned something new. If you did, I’ll see you in the next video!
