Google recently announced their new AI tools, where they’re just trying to compete with ChatGPT so badly, and they’re kind of doing a pretty good job—I mean, it’s Google.
Step 1: Pick Your Niche
The way this side hustle works is we’ll be using Google and their new AI tools that not a lot of people are using the way they should be to get traffic and get customers to different affiliate offers. So, you can actually start making money online without building your own products or services or whatsoever.
Step number one is to pick your niche, and you have multiple options:
- You can either pick something that you’re really passionate about.
- Pick something random.
- Use this framework that I’ve created mostly for my YouTube channels.
You can also use this framework for choosing the niche for yourself. Ask yourself:
- Who are you?
- What industries are you familiar with?
- Who are they (your target audience)?
- Why should they care about your products?
You can also do competitor analysis. This is like a framework if you really want to go fancy with choosing a niche. But otherwise, let’s say, for instance, I’m just going to select saving money because that’s something I really like—saving money and budgeting.
Step 2: Use Google AI Tools to Create Your Avatar
Step number two is to then use Google AI tools like Google Gemini to create the right avatar that we’re trying to target. This is really, really important, and most people skip this step, even though it’s one of the most important parts.
Step 3: Build Your Website
Step number three is extremely important because there are 5.3 billion users on the internet as of 2024, and 80% of those users just ignore paid ads and focus on organic search results.
Step 4: Find the Right Affiliate Offer
Step number four is to find the right affiliate offer. Now, I will be using this one as an example.
Step 5: Use Google Search to Find Topics
Step number five is to use Google search to find the right topics to talk about in your blog posts.
Step 6: Optimize Your Content
At this point, you will just share as many blog articles on your website as possible and use Google search and different AI tools like Google Gemini to rank as high as possible.
Step 7: Leverage AI for Customization
When starting out, I would also recommend not going with too many broad keywords like “how to save money,” because obviously, there’s hundreds of millions of people trying to rank for that.
